For over 30 years, Mike has served as the master of ceremonies for various events, including weddings, fashion shows, and beauty pageants. His extensive experience in public speaking has greatly benefited his work as a presenter.

Mike began offering seminars in 1998, initially focusing on the DJ industry. He gradually expanded his audience to include event groups and eventually any interested participants. His seminars are known for their fast pace, engaging mix of information and entertainment, and expert use of Keynote. Whether providing life-changing advice, motivational challenges, or practical strategies for business growth, Mike guarantees a quick, concise, and content-rich presentation each time he speaks

He has published three books: *Running Your Multi-Op*, widely regarded as the most comprehensive guide for those looking to grow their DJ business; *Ten Things You Can Do to Have a Better Day*, a self-help primer; and *On This Date in Music*, a compendium of music history. Additionally, he has released various educational videos aimed at assisting fellow DJs and business owners

In 2014, Mike partnered with Joe Bunn to launch the PhDJ Workshop, and in 2017, the two began co-hosting a weekly podcast known as the PhDJ Podcast.
